Preparation time: 3 minutes and 30 seconds


  • 4 tablespoons self-raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons of Nutella
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil


Gather the dry ingredients and mix in a large mug (really make sure it's large or the cake will overflow).

Pour the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and Nutella into the same cup and stir until smooth.

Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds . Remove it from the microwave even if it looks like it's not done because it will continue to cook as it cools .

Second recipe - Chocolate cake with a heart of dulce de leche


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Chocolate 1 bar
  • Self-rising flour 1/2 tablespoon
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • egg 1
  • Dulce de leche 1 tablespoon


In a large microwaveable mug, place the butter and chocolate bar. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, stir, and return to microwave for 30 more seconds or until butter and chocolate have melted. We must do it in batches of 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
